As the football tournament everyone’s been waiting for whistles its way stateside this summer, Manchester’s neighbourhood bar Motley is bringing a taste of the US to Deansgate with a special Beer & Brisket offer.
Combining its recently launched smokehouse menu with one of America’s best-known beers, from June 11th to July 19th football fans can tackle a bottle of Budweiser alongside Motley’s Slow Smoked Beef Brisket for £20.
Seasoned in Motley’s house rub, the brisket is slow smoked for over eight hours and served with beef dripping fries, rainbow slaw, pickles and homemade beef gravy.
Screening all the games kicking off before midnight, Motley will also be serving Budweiser beer buckets during matches, with five perfectly chilled bottles available for £20, perfect for those nail-biting extra time moments.
Fresh from launching its new smoke house inspired menu, Motley is serving up a full line up of hickory-smoked heavy hitters. Signature dishes include the Beef Short Rib with chimichurri sauce and Pork Belly Strip finished with a panko breadcrumb crust, as well as a range of small plates and sides, vegetarian and vegan options.
Located on the corner of Deansgate and John Dalton Street, Motley has become known for its relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere, creative cocktails and seasonal food offering, making it an ideal spot to catch the action throughout the tournament.
