Manchester-based payroll outsourcing specialist, Lucas White Payroll Services, has announced its latest phase of growth with the opening of a new international office in Dublin, Ireland.

Founded in 2017 by CEO Lauren Winn, Lucas White offers businesses and accountancy firms a fully managed, end-to-end payroll service. This includes the administration of salaries and bonuses, as well as the management of tax, pensions, and full compliance with HMRC.

The new office at the Guinness Enterprise Centre in Dublin, strengthens Lucas White’s international footprint and enables closer working with its growing client base across Ireland, including both national and global organisations.

The move comes at a pivotal time for Irish employers, as the country’s long-awaited auto-enrolment pension scheme comes into effect. With businesses take on new payroll and compliance responsibilities, Lucas White is well positioned to support organisations navigating these changes through its expertise in pension administration and regulatory compliance.

Further, as any foreign company employing an Irish resident working in Ireland must register with Revenue and operate Irish PAYE on their salary, Lucas White is well placed to support those companies that have no physical presence in the country.

The new base will also support local recruitment, with plans to grow the Dublin team and create new jobs in the medium term.

Lauren Winn, founder and CEO of Lucas White Payroll Services, said:

“Opening our Dublin office is an exciting step forward for the business and an important milestone in our growth journey. Since launching in Manchester, we’ve built the company around delivering exceptional payroll services and supporting organisations both domestically and internationally.

“Expanding into Dublin strengthens our presence, brings us closer to clients and creates opportunities that will attract outstanding talent. We’re particularly proud that this growth will also create new jobs and help build the next chapter of the business.”
