Tattu Manchester, will welcome the bank holiday with a weekend long celebration that includes brunch menus, special one-off drinks packages, as well as the first of their iconic sophisticated soirees, Sunday Sunsets.

A Taste of Tattu brunch will be available on both Saturday 25th May and Sunday 26th May from 12pm – 5pm and 6pm on Sundays. Guests can expect dishes including Royal Koi Fish Gau, Wok Fried Angry Bird and Sea Bass Chinese Curry with Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaf and Pak Choi with two courses for £28.50 and three courses from £33.50.

For an additional £30pp, guests can choose five drinks of choice, ranging from prosecco to Tattu signature cocktails such as the Iconic Skull Candy, Crouching Tiger, Koko Tattu and Peep Show Bellini  The drinks package is available throughout the day and night on Saturday and 12pm – 6pm on Sunday.

On Sundays, Tattu’s Imperial Roast menu, a modern take on the British classic combining Chinese style meats with contemporary fusion trimmings, will be on offer from 12pm to 6pm with a DJ to accompany from 2pm to 6pm.

The bank holiday will also see the first of the Sunday Sunsets, a monthly event on the last Sunday of every month, where Tattu will bring exclusive DJ sets from around the world to the restaurant.

A Sunday Sunsets menu has been curated for the occasion available from 6pm – 11pm, and is a sharing menu that includes three special Crystal Head Vodka cocktails, available for £65 pp, for a minimum of two people. Expect dishes such as Lobster and Prawn Toast, Peking Duck Money Bag and Black Pepper Beef Fillet, and to finish a Coconut Frappe made with Vodka, ODD Café, toasted Coconut Cream and Orange.
