A Manchester restaurant dedicated to offering the best steak and gin the city will serve up 40 new jobs when it opens its doors at the Corn Exchange.

Alston Bar & Beef, which will open its doors in Autumn this year, is looking for staff including chefs and front of house employees.

The 160-cover venue, is the first England-based venue for its award-winning Scottish
counterpart Alston Bar and Beef in Glasgow.

It will build on the success of the Glasgow venue, and bring the highest quality Tweed Valley steaks to the city, alongside a selection of the world’s finest gins and in-house gin
compounds.

Recruitment is already underway and General Manager Riki Bennet is looking for people
who have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, as well as those with
an appreciation of all things steak and gin to join the team.

A recruitment open day will take place on Wednesday 13 th September at Waxy O’Connor’s in The Printworks from 12pm – 5pm. It is open to applicants for all roles.
