Mit Alles, officially opening on Thursday 2nd October, will operate with a takeaway model at The New Cross kiosk, whilst also offering seating in the existing bar and event space.

The kiosk is set to bring an inclusive hangout spot to Manchester’s New Cross area, suited to relaxed dates, office lunches or late night bites.

Mit Alles – meaning ‘with everything’ in German – will be serving up fresh shawarma (marinaded, stacked and grilled in-house), charcoal-grilled meat, köfte, falafel and breads made to order. Also on offer will be an array of salad boxes and house-made sauces.

For the evening crowd, a more extensive and changing range of mezze will be served, including köfte cooked over charcoal, hummus, labneh and babaganoush.

Drinks offers will range from takeaway beers, wines and soft drinks to speciality Mancoco coffee.

“Mit Alles’ food is handmade, healthy and full of love,” says co-owner Rachael. “No gimmicks, no fuss – just proper kebabs and the freshest falafel. A great version of the classic that’s perfect for any time of day, to eat in or take away.”
