Located in the heart of Grade II listed Stock Exchange Hotel, The Bull & Bear by Chef Tom Kerridge invites graduates to celebrate their achievements on what was once the old trading floor of the Manchester Stock Exchange.
The Bull & Bear team are offering a complimentary glass of champagne for the full table when booking a celebratory meal as well as 20% off their food bill.
Guests can expect starters such as Baked Linda Potato with Crème Fraîche and Raw Steak or Duck Liver Parfait with Fig and Cherry Chutney and Toasted Brioche. Mains including Fillet of Hereford 28-Day Dry Aged Beef, Chips, Onion Rings, Tarragon and Green Peppercorn Sauce or Tandoori Spiced Westwalter Park Lamb with Butter Crushed Celeriac, Minted Yoghurt and “Doner” Salad. Desserts include “Lemon Meringue Pie” with Blackcurrant Sorbet or Peanut Butter Crème Brûlée with Raspberry Jelly and Banana Yoghurt Sorbet.
Housed in the steeped in history, Stock Exchange Hotel, guests can also book to stay over if family and friends are travelling for the occasion. Graduation packages start from £280 and include a one night stay for two including breakfast in The Bull & Bear, set menu in The Bull & Bear for two and a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival.
