Dakota Grill, situated in the new luxury boutique hotel, Dakota Manchester, has unveiled a pop-up cocktail bar on the restaurant terrace, the perfect sun trap to enjoy the last of the summer rays.

Situated on the contemporary waterside terrace, the pop-up cocktail bar serves a delightful array of seasonal cocktails, including Chilean Swizzle – a herby twist on the classic Mojito, Lavanda Rosa – low ABV aperitivo bouquet and Spiced Caipirinha -known as the boss’ favourite, providing the perfect location for a spot of al fresco drinking each weekend in September. As well as drinks, guests can also dine from the bar food menu.

Those looking to enjoy Dakota’s selection of Cuban cigars can socialise and indulge in the stunning Cigar Garden, reserved exclusively for cigar aficionados. The luxury outdoor terrace at Dakota Manchester is filled with overhead trees and vines, outdoor gas fires and soft furnishings.

The Dakota Grill is a stylish 120-seat restaurant and 74 -seat bar set on the ground floor of the hotel, just on the edge of the Northern Quarter. Under the direction of Head Chef Sam Karle, the brasserie-style Dakota Grill delivers impeccable service with a classic menu showcasing quality, seasonal produce at its best. 

The pop-up cocktail bar will be situated on the waterside terrace each weekend of September and will be serving cocktails from noon to midnight.
