Spend an evening in one of Manchester’s most beautiful hidden gems and join cabaret collective First Draft in Chetham’s Library’s beautiful baronial hall for a night of music, poetry, comedy and storytelling inspired by the nineteenth century
diaries of Dora Turnor.

The tender and delightful diaries are full of comedy, tragedy and confessions of every kind. The First Draft performers will each take an imaginative look at Dora’s journals and open up the secret world of a Victorian teenager.

Whatever happens, it won’t be your average library visit…
