Simon will launching a new menu format in keeping with his vision for the restaurant and the style of food that he wants to present to guests. Sadly, this does mean that we will be saying goodbye to some WOOD Manchester classics, but Simon is excited by what they are going to be offering to diners.
The Theatre and A la Carte menus will be replaced with a 3-course, fixed price A Taste of WOOD menu, which will deliver exceptional dishes for great value at £28 pp.
The primary dining experience will be an all new 5, 7 and 10 course tasting menus, which have been designed to cater for regular diners, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan guests, each menu is created using top quality seasonal produce, accompanied by an expertly chosen wine menu or matching standard and premium wine flights
“Being in lock-down has given me the opportunity to reflect on the WOOD Manchester journey so far, revisit my vision for accessible fine dining, and my commitment to the city I love. I’ve been spending time developing new dishes and making plans to enhance the current offering.” says Simon adding:

Lunch Thursday to Saturday 12:00 noon – 2:30pm Open for 5 and 7 Course Tasting Menus
Dinner Tuesday to Saturday 5:00pm – 10:00pm Open for 5, 7 & 10 Course Tasting Menus (Five Course Menu available 5:00pm – 6:30pm Fridays & Saturdays, otherwise all other times)
Taste of WOOD Thursday to Saturday 12:00 noon – 2:30pm Tuesday to Saturday 5:00pm – 6:30pm 3-course Taste of WOOD menu, priced at £28
