WOLF is ready to open its doors to customers this Tuesday, giving Manchester city centre a new place to go for fast, fresh and healthy Italian street food.

The first restaurant to open in Manchester Arndale’s new £11m dining quarter, Halle Place, WOLF is based on the ground floor and will serve an all-day menu and will also offer a ‘WOLF in the Office’ delivery menu for city centre businesses, to cater for corporate lunches. The main menu consists of a selection of pastas, salads and its hero dish, the Piada – which is a thin crust Italian flatbread, similar to a burrito. With each base, customers will have a choice of meat, dressing and vegetables/salad items with the option to go large for an extra pound.

Breakfast will see WOLF serve up a range of dishes, including healthy options such as smashed avocado and smoked salmon pot, poached or scrambled eggs, omelettes with a choice of toppings, and granola, as well as a selection of rolls, including egg, bacon, sausage and a full breakfast roll, pastries and teas and coffees.

Sourced from WOLF’S Northern butchery, all meats are free range and marinated on site for 24hrs. Seasonal vegetables are sourced daily from local producers and cut and prepped on site. All sauces and dressings are freshly made to WOLF’S unique Italian recipes, which includes their sun dried tomato pesto sauce and their parmesan alfraedo.

The Manchester Arndale venue is WOLF’S fifth site, following on from openings in Reading, Leeds and Chiswick.

Owner Tim Entwistle said “It took us a while to find the right site but we’re now ready to go and have already been made to feel really welcome in the city. WOLF is a modern twist to Italian street food and is all about high quality, fresh food which is served quickly. It’s ideal for office workers looking for a healthy and tasty lunchtime option, alongside shoppers who want a quick bite to eat. We can’t wait to finally open our doors and for everyone to come and try our signature Piada dish!”.

WOLF will open from 9am and close to tie in with Manchester Arndale’s closing times. It has an alcohol license and will offer a selection of Italian beers and wines.
