It’s officially one year since Vita Living’s North tower opened at Circle Square, officially completing the Circle Square Apartments which offer some of the most exciting city centre living spaces.

The area, which was formerly home to New Broadcasting House, the BBC’s North West England headquarters on Oxford Road, now houses two tall buildings and with a total 683 apartments, in the up and coming Circle Square development.

Situated on the 35th floor, and offering the best view in town, The Astronomer, stands at over 110 metres and celebrates breath-taking views across the city and is free to book for residents. It comes with a stylish lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining tables (including one on the veranda) and wrap around views of the city.

If residents want to work from home, there are 14 bookable communal lounges and comfortable break out spaces available which provide the perfect environment. This includes basics like plug sockets and readily accessible refreshments, as well as meeting rooms to bring colleagues or clients with the latest technology, as well as private booths ready to be used for moments of real focus.

Amenities have been designed around, work, life and balance, and Vita Living have also curated a programme of events with an emphasis on activities that are good for the mind, body and soul. These range from high energy sessions with local fitness studio Trib3 to work up a sweat, to relaxing evening embroidery classes from Manchester artists like Hoop & Fred.

 

The launch of Circle Square Apartments by Vita Living was unfortunately low key, caught up in a series of lockdowns during the pandemic, but in the last twelve months, the bustling Circle Square development has become a thriving community.
