Shoryu Ramen  

This Valentine’s Day or even Galentine’s Day, food lovers can treat someone special to the Valentine’s set menu at Shoryu Ramen. 

Whether it is a hopeless romantic or a mate date, no couple will want to resist this delectable offer. For just £27, diners can indulge in three courses of Japanese delights plus a cocktail or mocktail. 

Diners will start the evening with a choice of Hakata Tetsunabe Gyoza, or a famous Shoryu bun filled with either chicken karaage or grilled halloumi and avocado.

Main course options include Shoryu Ganso Tonkotsu; rich 12-hour pork broth ramen, topped with char siu bbq pork belly, nitamago burford brown egg, kikurage mushrooms, spring onion, sesame, red ginger, nori seaweed and fried shallots or ‘Love You Soy Much’ with the Shoryu vegetarian option, White Natural – tonyu soy milk, miso, konbu & shiitake broth, atsuage fried tofu, kikurage mushrooms, menma bamboo shoots, spring onion & nori seaweed.

To finish, ramen lovers can spoil their other half, mate or date with an indulgent dessert – a choice of a matcha cheesecake heart or an indulgent matcha tiramisu.Of course, it would not be Valentine’s Day without a special tipple to toast the evening. Add a glass of fizz for an additional £5 per person, a Shoryu special cocktail, Yuzu Mojito, a mix of fresh strawberries, mint, lime, homemade yuzu syrup, Bacardi white rum and yuzu umeshu over crushed ice, or a refreshing mocktail, Mojito Loves Calpico – a virgin mojito with calpico.
