All-day dining South American concept, Peru Perdu, has unveiled a host of seasonal events for food and drink fanatics, including a romantic Valentine’s Day menu, ceviche masterclass and Mother’s Day with a difference.

Valentine’s Day – 14th February

Valentine’s Day at Peru Perdu is all about spreading the love, with complimentary cocktails, oysters and Champagne and chateaubriand and ceviche sharers.

Exceptional from the start, guests will start the night with a complimentary special Cosmo cocktail at the bar on arrival, aptly entitled RUDE the cocktail is a twist on the classic Cosmopolitan with tequila to spice things up.

Throwing away the cliche of a Valentine’s Day set menu, Peru Perdu will instead offer guests the full A La Carte menu plus a tempting selection of romantic specials, making it the perfect location for a leisurely lunch or romantic dinner.

Look out for the well-known aphrodisiac, oysters paired with Champagne, alongside 1kg chateaubriand sharing boards with perfectly paired wines and ceviche sampler starters paired with whites & rose wines.

Cosy couples can also choose to snuggle up in the Winter Conservatory Bar on a table for two, complete with blankets and heaters and the new Peru Perdu cocktail menu to warm the heart.

Ceviche Masterclass – 15th February

Following on from the success of its first two ceviche masterclasses, Peru Perdu will host another special session at The Cotton Factory where guests can gain a unique insight into the mechanics &; flavourings of Peru’s most famous dish – Ceviche.

Start with a House Pisco Sour at the bar before moving on to the Ceviche station where the chef will talk attendees through the history of the dish, preparation, flavouring and the most truly exceptional ceviche recipes that will be sure to impress all.

After the masterclass, guests will then be seated for a full feasting menu including all the best of the Peruvian dishes plus the finest South American wine!

Tickets to the event also include three waves of food from the new South American concept, including empanadas, Peru Perdu’s speciality U.W.A. steak, sweet yam curry, plus a selection of desserts.

Those looking for an alternative Valentine’s Day activity, the ceviche masterclass is perfect for couples to enjoy, or for friends looking to enjoy an anti-Valentine’s Day treat.

Mother’s Day – 22nd March

For a modern Mother’s Day with a twist, enjoy an exceptional Sunday roast and bottomless cocktails for £30 per person.

Livening up the traditional Mother’s Day offering, choose from Churrasco beef, La Brasa chicken, pork belly or chimichurri cauliflower, all served with roast veg and gluten-free gravy, all served alongside bottomless cocktails to sip on. Providing the perfect soundtrack, a DJ will also be spinning the very best disco classics.

The bottomless Mother’s Day specials will run on Sunday 22nd March from 12:00 at Peru Perdu at The Cotton Factory.
