WSL stars from opposing sides of the city, teamed-up to officially open a new £1.3 million gym in Stretford.
Manchester United’s Millie Turner, and Manchester City’s Esme Morgan, swapped the training ground for The Gym Group’s new Old Trafford gym located at White City Park. The players who are on their way back to fitness after injury, were joined by WSL fans for a ‘keepie-uppie’ challenge to win a free gym membership.
The Gym Group Old Trafford is the latest offering in Greater Manchester from one of the fastest-growing gym chains in the UK. The Old Trafford gym also brings new employment opportunities for the area, with 10 members of staff across personal training, management, and cleaning.

The Gym Group Old Trafford will offer members more than 100 pieces of high spec kit, including plate-loaded strength equipment, a large free weights area, Olympic lifting platforms, functional training spaces and cardio machines.
Highly- skilled and experienced personal trainers will also be on hand to help gym users achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be. Members will benefit from a range of unlimited free gym classes such as HIIT or circuits that cater for all and free parking is available to members.
The Gym Group which manages over 200 sites nationwide is offering an introductory membership offer of £9.99 a month for the first six months and no joining fee at Old Trafford with multi-access included which means members get to enjoy exercising at their convenience in over 10 gyms in Greater Manchester.
