Friday to Sunday sees a carefully curated cocktail liste, featuring three wünderbar creations from Monkey 47. Choose from; the Monkey Negroni, with Monkey 47 gin, Italicus, Lillet Blanc; Smashed Monkey, with Monkey 47 gin, Briottet Fraise de Bois, fresh lemon juice, gomme; or the Lemon Monkey Spritz, with Monkey 47 gin, Briotte Crème de Mure, Two Keys lemon & fresh lemon juice with soda. All are available for £10 this weekend.
Head down on Father’s Day and enjoy the Albert’s Schloss Sunday Service, with music from DJ Paulette, Chill Your Dad Band, Feel Good Choir and Testify Industrie Knees Up with Dom K.
From the Cook Haus on Sunday, feed the old fellow with a smashing serving of Albert’s Fish and Chips – featuring bier battered haddock with triple cooked proper chips, minted mushy peas and chunky tartare sauce. Available for £16.50.
For dessert, it’s Manchester Tart – a delicious pud of strawberry jam, sliced banana and crème diplomat, topped with desiccated coconut, dried banana & raspberries.
