Manchester’s independent, premium cocktail bar and restaurant, Three Little Words, was created from Manchester Gin owners’ Jennie Wiggins and Seb Heeley’s own love story.
Three Little Words is pulling out all the stops to give couples the perfect Valentine’s Day, after all, it knows everything there is to know about love.
Head to the stunning Grade-II listed railway arches on Watson Street in central Manchester to enjoy a unique romantic meal, gin tasting, or gin-making experience and show your loved one how much you care.
The three-course set menu is just £28 per person and features gorgeous dishes created especially for the occasion by Head Chef, Jimmy Carr. Dishes are inspired by the botanicals used in Manchester Gin’s award-winning gin. The menu also includes decadent dishes which are ideal for sharing: cosy up with a succulent chateaubriand or add some sweetness to your date with a chocolate sharing platter for two.
The luxury cocktail menu follows a love story with cocktails named after the stages of love itself; lust, rapture, devotion, eternity and ultimatum. For a delicate, floral cocktail, try Bed of Roses, the perfect mixture of Raspberry Infused gin, hibiscus and rose water, topped with prosecco. For a tipple with a kick, go for Grounds for Divorce, a forbidden concoction of Overboard gin, orange-aged rum, Tonka syrup and black liqueur. Want to spice it up? Some limited-edition love potions will also be available for Valentine’s Day.
To keep love in the air until the early hours, a late-night dinner service will be available over the Valentine’s period. With the last table being seated at 10:00, there’s no need to cut the most romantic day of the year short.
For a unique Valentine’s Day, book a gin tour around the Spirit of Manchester Distillery, housed in the same arches as Three Little Words. Here you and your loved one will be welcomed with a G&T on arrival and experience how Manchester Gin’s award-winning products are created first-hand. Visitors will also be led through an intimate gin tasting to discover which flavour profiles are their favourite. Priced at £40 for two people, this makes for the perfect Valentine’s Day date.
For a truly unforgettable Valentine’s Day, book a Date Night Gin School session, where couples will get a fully immersive Manchester Gin experience, priced at £125 per couple. In addition to the tour and tasting session, couples get to work together to create their own unique bottle of gin. With the help of an expert, you and your loved one can select your favourite botanicals, create the gin yourself with your own miniature still and then take your bottle home to share- the perfect souvenir.
All distillery experiences can be booked as a stand-alone Valentine’s Day date or can be booked alongside a meal at Three Little Words.
