Osama Ali Saeed, Asgar Taj and Mohammad Zubair Chaudhry all appeared at Stockport Magistrates’ Court last Thursday where they were charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

The charges relate to a collision on the A34 Handforth Dean Bypass in September last year in which 34-year-old Asad Rashid, from Bradford, sadly lost his life.

Asad was the rider of a black Suzuki which was involved in a collision with a grey Audi RS3, a dark blue Audi R8 and a blue Suzuki GSXR motorbike.

Saeed, aged 30, of St Pauls Road, Manningham, Bradford; Taj aged 33 of Heath Grove, Bradford and Chaudhry, aged 29, of Kingsway, Cheadle, were all released on bail.

They are next set to appear at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Wednesday 5 January 2022.
