The Trafford Centre is keeping the summer vibes going for longer by extending its hugely successful Summer Social event until 26 September.

Over 90,000 people have enjoyed the ultimate ‘staycation’ experience so far, with the event being a popular spot for celebs such as Tanya Bardsley, Lystra Adams, Adam Thomas and Shane Lynch.

Families from across the region have been enjoying the huge outdoor event featuring fairground rides, live music, Boujee cocktails, boutique food brands and a giant 8,000 sq ft beach throughout the summer.

A number of new, independent food brands have been revealed, including rustic pizza from Epic Pizza, luxury gelato from Snowflake and mouth-watering street food from Clean Traits.

Summer Social is outside The Orient, opposite The Great Hall entrance from 2pm – 8pm Monday – Friday, 11am – 8pm Saturday and 12pm – 8pm Sunday.

There is a £3.50 entry fee (£3 if booked in advance) to the beach area, with fairground rides priced individually.

Zoe Inman, Centre Director, said: “Our Summer Social event has been so popular that we’ve decided to keep it going for longer! It’s been an amazing, feel-good atmosphere all summer, with families relaxing on the beach, sipping cocktails and making a splash on the log flume. If you’ve not been down yet, don’t miss your chance!”
