Social media sensation, Bands FC will exhibit its collection of viral artworks at Manchester’s National Football Museum this September.

Combining the beautiful game and sweet music, Bands FC football illustrations feature recognisable football crests mixed with their famous musical supporter’s motifs.

The exhibition will kick off on 7th September, and run until 22nd November 2018, to celebrate the importance of music in football, with some of the world’s most famous football teams badges reimagined and aligned to popular bands logos, and vice versa.

The exhibition will include bands such as The Stone Roses, Oasis, Wu Tang Clan and Beatles imagined as colourful crests, with the Charlatans’ ‘merchandise man’, Nick Fraser and graphic designer friend Mark Liptrott behind the novelty collection.

Mark Liptrott, said, “To think when we had the idea seven weeks ago that we would be having an exhibition at The National  Football Museum, is beyond our wildest dreams. Just goes to show the power of music and football. Put them together and anything is possible.”
