Police in Tameside have launched an investigation after Ricky Hatton’s car was set on fire outside his son’s house in Hattersley
Police described the attack outside an address on Sergeant Mark Stansfield Way just before midnight on the 29th June as a targeted attack with no wider risk to the public, and investigations are ongoing.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
GMP are looking to speak to witnesses who may have seen or heard anything around the Sergeant Mark Stansfield Way area at the time the incident took place.
This appeal also includes any relevant CCTV or doorbell footage.
