The Northern Quarter’s health restaurant and fitness space, The Green Lab, has announced it will be launching a special weekly evening concept. Every Thursday evening, the Dale Street, venue will become ‘The Night Lab’.

The new concept will see the venue stay open into the evening offering a new menu of small plates paired with a selection of natural wines – in line with The Green Lab’s ethos of fresh clean and tasty. Vegan options are also available.

The menu, which will change every six weeks, will launch with ‘The Night Lab’s Bao Buns’. Dishes will include a classic Crispy Duck Bao with Hoisin Sauce, Cucumber, Orange, Crispy Shallots and Spring Onions. There’ll also be a fresh Char-Sui Bao alongside a Crispy Prawn Bao with Sriracha Mayo.

Side dishes will also be available including a Crispy Duck Salad, a Pickled Cucumber Salad, Garlic Green Beans and Salt and Pepper Aubergine.

This menu will be available until 1st June every Thursday between 6-10pm when a new theme will be announced.

The Night Lab will open every Thursday evening between 6-10pm. Tables can be booked by emailing hello@thegreenlabnq.com.
