GG Hospitality has announced that the Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester will open in the last quarter of this year following an extensive restoration of the 1906 Edwardian building.
The company is also very proud to announce that the food and beverage operation within the Stock Exchange Hotel will be overseen by chef Tom Kerridge.
Tom says, “this is a really exciting opening for us. The hotel is going to be stunning and we’re very happy to be working with GG Hospitality. We can’t say much at this stage, but I can say that we’ll be bringing a bit of Marlow up to Manchester. We are very much looking forward to being a part of the city and joining the exciting and vibrant Manchester food scene.”
