Slim Chickens is coming to town! The US-born chicken brand, founded over 17 years ago in Fayetteville Arkansas, has chosen Manchester to open its biggest restaurant to date.
Opening in the Trafford Centre on 2nd November, Slim Chickens will be the perfect mid-shopping pitstop. What’s more, diners can download the Slim Chickens’ app and receive three free chicken tenders (minimum spend of £2.95 required to qualify).
Renowned for its Southern US hospitality, diners can expect the brand’s signature buttermilk-marinated, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order premium chicken.
House specialities include crispy tenders alongside a whopping range of 14 dipping sauces in innovative flavours including Slim’s signature sauce, Blue Cheese, Honey BBQ, Sriracha Garlic and, for those brave enough, the fiery Inferno.
Also, on offer is a wide selection of fresh chicken sandwiches, wings, salads and wraps as well as sides such as fried pickles and mac & cheese. Drinks include hand-spun shakes in flavours such as Oreo, popcorn and caramel, a Slims IPA and unique cocktails like the Corn Star Martini and Whisky Smash.
The set meals offer exceptional value with three tenders, three wings, Texas toast fries, house sauce and bottomless soda at just £10.95.
As well as delicious freshly made food, Slims Chicken will serve up a menu of great music from delta blues to American rock whilst also showing live sports.
For those enjoying the comforts of their home, Slim Chickens will be offering delivery via Deliveroo, Just Eats and Uber Eats or simply go online for click & collect.
