Earlsbrook, a development of 166 new homes in Delamere, is opening three show homes on the site adjacent to Delamere Forest.
The official opening of the show homes takes place on Saturday, 28 September. The event coincides with the release of the first phase of homes available for outright purchase as well as purchase through shared ownership. The homes are also available through the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.
Earlsbrook will have a range of house styles, ranging from two-bedroom semi-detached to five-bedroom detached homes. The first phase of development includes two- and three-bedroom houses, and one of the show homes launching at the opening event is the two-bedroom Allerton house style.
Laurus Homes, the developer of Earlsbrook, expects the location next to Delamere Forest will be huge draw for house buyers.
