This Halloween, Sexy Fish Manchester, renowned for its unforgettable evenings and immersive dining experiences, invites guests to step beyond the veil and descend into ‘The Inferno’ – a one night only experience unleashing a molten-coral underworld where abyssal myth collides with volcanic fantasy, in partnership with Don Julio 1942.

On Friday 31st October, the Manchester restaurant will be reborn as a submerged oasis of volcanic fantasy and deep-sea myth, with ‘The Fish are Hungry’ becoming the night’s call as Sexy Fish Manchester becomes an immersive aquatic inferno.

Guests can expect a night of complete transformation at the Spinningfields-based restaurant and bar with an ‘immersive dreamlike’ world created – with spellbinding live performances and a DJ set from Martin Costa, interactive theatrical moments with mysterious sea-born characters and visuals, cinematic sounds and viral installations creating share-worthy photo moments.

The ‘Inferno Dessert Platter’ (£38) will also launch for Halloween, featuring an array of spine-tingling treats such as Chocolate & Chilli Truffles, Charcoal Donuts with a Raspberry and Chilli Jam and a Pumpkin and a Yuzu Koshu Ice-Cream.

Diners can indulge from the a la carte menu or select from one of the signature omakase tasting menus alongside the platter. The Hiro Omakase (£46pp) features a curated selection of Japanese-inspired dishes including Spicy Tuna Maki, Duck Spring Rolls with Cherry Hoisin and Salmon Teriyaki with Goma & Watercress as well as the Sekushi Omakase (£84pp) featuring dishes such as the Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Ginger and Caramelised Black Cod with Spicy Miso.

Guests will also be able to enjoy a bespoke cocktail menu crafted in partnership with Don Julio 1942 with a selection of special serves such as a Don Julio 1942 Margarita featuring a blend of Don Julio 1942 and homemade lime cordial served ice cold in a miniature bottle of 1942.

The Inferno will begin at 8pm, with the Don Julio 1942 cocktail experience and The Inferno Dessert Platter available throughout the weekend (31st-2nd November).

Guests are encouraged to embrace the theme by dressing in ‘Inferno Chic’ – your scariest and sexiest Halloween vibe.
