A second teenage boy has been charged following an incident at Victoria tram stop last Wednesday when a victim of an assault was fopund with stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.
A 17 year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with affray. He will appear at Manchester City Magistrates on 23 June 2021.
A 16-year-old, who also cannot be identified for legal reasons, was charged last Friday with wounding and possession of an offensive weapon. He appeared at Manchester City Magistrates the same day and has been remanded until 9th July.
A third male has been recalled to prison.
