Born out of a passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza making, serving classic recipes  – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza. 

Believing Neapolitan pizza to be the best in the world, Rudy’s dough is made fresh daily using Caputo ‘00’ flour which has been left to ferment for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients imported twice a week from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius.

Following the announcement of the first lockdown in 2020, Rudy’s launched a range of ‘Bake at Home’ pizzas, allowing people to enjoy the very best Neapolitan pizza from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Hand-made by Rudy’s expert pizzaiolos using the same fresh ingredients used in the pizzerias, the ‘Bake at Home’ range is available for national UK delivery.

After a much needed over-indulgent December, Rudy’s pizzaiolos have developed a handful of Vegan pizzas, especially for Veganuary.

One of Rudy’s longest-standing pizzaiolos, Peppe, has created the ultimate Vegan pizza with a butternut squash base, a delicious plant-based alternative perfect for those trying Veganuary for the first time, alongside the Vegan Calabrese and the Ortolana.

ORTOLANA (VE) 

San Marzano tomatoes, roasted butternut squash, red onions, toasted pine nuts, fresh chilli and sundried tomatoes.

VEGAN N’DUJA (VE) 

San Marzano tomatoes, preserved black bean N’duja, celeriac ‘ricotta’, fresh basilâ.

PEPPE’S SPECIAL (VE) 

Butternut squash base, roquito peppers, green chillies, tenderstem broccoli, red onions, basil, thyme, pine nuts.

Neapolitan classics also available in ‘Bake at Home’ style include Calabrese (San Marzano tomatoes, parmesan, basil, fior di latte, nduja), Margherita Con Bufala (San Marzano tomatoes, parmesan, basil, buffalo mozzarella), Portobello (San Marzano tomatoes, fresh veggie fior di latte, Portobello mushrooms, basil, oregano, sea salt, garlic oil), Carni (San Marzano tomatoes, parmesan, Napoli salami, salami picante, wild boar and salami).

The 13-inch pizzas are priced from £6.90 each, plus £6 packaging and overnight chilled delivery. Available for next day delivery if ordered by 17:00.

From the Angel of the North to the White Cliffs of Dover, Rudy’s can deliver the very best authentic Neapolitan pizza to doorsteps across the mainland UK.

Rudy’s pizzerias in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham also serve up freshly cooked Neapolitan pizza, available for local delivery via Deliveroo. The Calabrese was recently named one of the most ordered items of food delivered in Manchester by Deliveroo in 2020.

Alongside ‘Bake at Home’, Rudy’s online shop also stocks merchandise, including Rudy’s Pale Ale, a collaboration with their friends at Runaway Brewery.

Rudy’s Pizza was named the 10th best pizza in the world by Big Seven and the ‘No.1 Pizzeria in the UK’ on TripAdvisor.

Since 2015, Rudy’s has opened six pizzerias with two in Manchester alongside Liverpool, Birmingham and Leeds, with its newest neighbourhood pizzeria in Sale.
