Manchester’s The Bull & Bear by Chef Tom Kerridge, set within Stock Exchange Hotel, recently introduced a new set menu for weekday lunches and early evenings, perfect for a pre-gig bite to eat in the city centre.

Created by recently appointed Head Chef at The Bull & Bear, Connor Black, the set menu features a selection of Tom’s signature British classics and will change in line with the seasons.

The new set menu is available as two courses for £24.50 or three courses for £29.50, with a choice of three dishes for each course. It will be available between 12:00-14:30 Thursday-Saturday as well as Tuesday to Friday between 5:30-6:30pm.

The menu will feature classic dishes such as Tomato Soup with Black Garlic Crème Fraiche as well as a B&B Caesar Salad. Mains include the iconic Deep Fried Market Fish and Chips alongside Baked Potato Risotto with Wild Garlic Pesto.

Desserts follow in the same vein with bold classic flavours and include a Lemon and Raspberry Fool with Viennese Whirl, Crème Caramel with Rum-Soaked Raisins or for those looking to end a meal with cheese, there is Lancashire Bomb with Plum and Chilli Chutney.

Perfect for pre-theatre or a concert with a number of music venues located just a stone’s throw away from Stock Exchange Hotel including Etihad Stadium, Emirates Old Trafford, Old Trafford and AO Arena.
