Pip, the produce-led restaurant by acclaimed chef Mary- Ellen McTague at Treehouse Hotel Manchester, has announced new seasonal menus, available from this summer. The new menus across food and drinks include the Saturday Brunch with Madame F, a specially curated Mini Tasting with Wine Pairing, the all-new Summer Picnic, and a refreshing update to the cocktails menu.

Saturday Brunch with Madame F

The perfect summer set up to share with loved ones, Pip has launched a special Saturday brunch in collaboration with Madame F – a bold, queer-owned wine brand created in partnership with Queer Britain, the founders of the UK’s first LGBTQ+ museum.

Available every Saturday with DJs soundtracking the day, the brunch is priced at £19 per person which includes a glass of Madame F Rosé, a brunch dish, followed by a mini dessert and a coffee, or at £29 per person for three glasses of Madame F Rosé.

Menu highlights include:

  • English Breakfast – Grilled Bacon & Sausage, Homemade Beans, Hash Brown, Organic Fried Egg and Sourdough Toast.
  • Changing daily, guests can also explore the chef’s Sandwich of the Day and Brunch Specials, including the Arnold Bennett omelette or Summer Picnic Selection.

Mini Tasting with Wine Pairing

Celebrating the best of British produce and the vibrant flavours of the summer season, this four-course menu blends nostalgic comfort with refined technique. Changing weekly to reflect the freshest produce, each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the flavours of the season.

Available every Monday to Wednesday, across two seatings at 6pm and 8pm, the mini tasting starts at just £30 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional £20 per person which includes four 125ml glasses of wine.

Sample menu:

  • Old Winchester Cheese Gougères.
  • Pip bread plate, beef dripping & homemade butter.
  • Fresh Bedlam Farm asparagus, smoked dulse butter & mussel emulsion.
  • Lancashire Hotpot—braised lamb shoulder with red cabbage, seasonal greens & oyster ketchup.
  • Poached Rhubarb, black pepper meringue, and rosewater cream.

Summer Picnic

Part of Pip’s lunch offerings, the all-new Summer Picnic menu features four delicious picnic plates for £20, or six for £29. Guests can dive into a range of Pip’s favourite plates, available from Monday to Friday, from 12pm until 4pm.

Menu highlights:

  • Pip Bread Plate, Beef Dripping & Homemade Butter.
  • Hand Raised Pork & Rabbit Pie.
  • Potted Courtyard Dairy Cheese, Homemade Crackers & Chutney.
  • Smoked Mackerel, Mustard Cream, Rhubarb Ketchup, Rye.

Summer Cocktails

Available all day every day, the new cocktail menu explores a fresh interpretation on Pip’s beloved cocktails with a focus on minimising food waste through creative techniques behind the bar. Whilst a refined collection of the Signature and Classics are on offer, eight revitalising non-alcoholic options are also now available.

Menu highlights:

  • Picante – a zingy blend of Olmeca Altos Reposado (tequila), citrus, coriander and candied chill. Every part of the chilli is used in this fusion of flavours, with the pits, seeds and stalk nitro-infused into the tequila, flesh candied for the garnish, alongside a syrup from the candying process and the dehydrated leftovers ground into chilli salt.
  • Rhubarbarella – delicately fusing Beefeater gin, bay, spent wine, soda and slingsby rhubarb, from which the pulp, juiced from fresh rhubarb, is turned into a sherbet for a moreish Pip dessert.
  • Whilst many of the original cocktails include a refreshing non-alcoholic counterpart, the handcrafted alcohol-free Bitter Honey is a particular team favourite, mixing Botivo, honey, rosemary and tonic.

When:

  • Saturday Brunch with Madame F is available every Saturday, from 11am until 4pm.
