Pho have just opened our amazing roof terrace space in Manchester – it’s now available to be booked as a private dining room or cocktail party area. Set atop the Corn Exchange’s beautiful, naturally lit atrium, our space offers great views and a private cocktail bar.
They have launched two special menus ideal for cocktail parties with light bites, or private seated dining with set menus (two or three courses available).
There is something for everyone from fresh and healthy summer rolls, pork and lemongrass meatballs and crispy chicken wings from our canape menu, to amazing pho noodle soups, wok-fried rice dishes, fragrant curries and a host of healthy salads for our seated diners. The menu is over a quarter vegan, and we’re accredited by Coeliac UK so we are a safe, reliable location for gluten-free diners.
Whether you’re in the mood for a few beers, wines or cocktails, or fancy getting your greens with our freshly pressed juices, our wide variety of drinks will be prepared before your eyes by private bartenders.
