INNSiDE by Melia Manchester is hosting a Parklife Bottomless Brunch at the hotel’s First Street Bar & Kitchen restaurant ahead of the festival on Saturday 11th June.
The Parklife bottomless brunch will run from 11am-3pm, with 2-hour dining slots at only £25pp, with a DJ & Sax Player to set the mood.
Warm up for the party with a choice of drinks ranging from a Bellini or a Nectarine & Raspberry Spritz to an ice cold Peroni. Or why not try a Tropical Vibes only, consisting of Arber Pineapple gin & Aperol with passion fruit, mango & pineapple, sure to get you in the festival spirit.
Soak it all up with savoury food such as a bacon butty or something sweeter with pancakes with maple syrup.
Other eating options include, Parma ham, avocado, poached free-range egg on a toasted English muffin or crushed avocado, tomatoes on granary toast.
