This year, a record-breaking 500,00 people have vowed to take part in Veganuary, ditching meat in favour of plant-based alternatives.
With the UK currently in lockdown, Chopstix provides quality, fresh tasty food for delivery, with tempting vegan options on the menu, including Green Thai Tofu Curry, noodles and spring rolls.
The group launched its first vegan dish; Green Thai Tofu Curry in 2019 following focus groups with its customers, to discover what they would like to see on the menu. The popular dish features tofu, peppers and succulent vegetables in an authentic green Thai sauce.
After the difficulties of 2020, many will welcome the opportunity to make Veganuary a little bit easier, with Chopstix offering smart, healthy choices, which they can have delivered to their home.
