Independent street food hub Society has now welcomed Neapolitan pizza specialists, Noi Quattro, to its family of fantastic food traders. Society will be a second city centre site for the Northern Quarter favourites who have taken over the spot vacated by Dokes Pizza after they relocated to a permanent site in Prestwich.

Noi Quattro will bring their trademark Naples-style pies, sides and desserts to Society’s independent food hall and bar Barbirolli Square.

Noi Quattro, meaning ‘the four of us’ in Italian, is a collective of four Italians friends on a mission to make the best pizza in Manchester. Their ambition is to bring the traditional techniques and atmosphere of an authentic Italian pizzeria to the city centre. This means keeping it simple – using the best ingredients direct from Italy on handcrafted dough. Noi Quattro’s dough is low yeast and slow fermented – meaning it’s two days in the making, but cooks in less than 90 seconds in their pizza oven.

At Society, Noi Quattro will be serving 7” and 11” pizzas from the signature Noi Quattro menu, as well as a fabulous collection of authentic Neapolitan street food including the traditional snack of ‘stuzzichini’ – bites of fried dough with a selection of toppings.

Also available will be ‘Cuoppo’, a paper cone that holds traditional fried snacks like ‘cuoppo di scoglio’: calamari, whitebait, baby octopus and seaweed zeppoline. Made to be enjoyed walking through the streets of Naples – and now Manchester.

Noi Quattro completes the Society family of independent local street food traders, joining Slap and Pickle burgers, sushi from Manzoku Street Food, Chaat Cart Indian street food, and Yoki Social Table.

As well as this stellar line up of independent street food traders, Society host’s Vocation Brewery’s Manchester taproom which offer the largest selection of draught beers in the city. As well as this, Vocation host a specialist cocktail bar and curated wine list.

The independently owned kitchens have also each launched their festive specials to encourage groups to meet up there in the lead up to the Christmas period. These include towering ‘All I want for Xmas’ burgers from Slap & Pickle, who are offering a veggie version too.

Welcoming guests from 12pm every day, the high-ceilinged vibrant basement space can welcome up to 350 guests and is filled with a mixture of smaller seating and long tables to accommodate small and large groups alike. They also have a 35 capacity mezzanine level for private parties and events.
