A woman from Newton Heath has been charged with 11 counts of fraud.
Petula Hatzer 54, of Mortlake Drive, will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on 19th May
She has been charged with 10 charges of fraud by false representation and one charge of fraud by abuse of position.
The allegations related to incidents that took place in north Manchester between 2018 and 2021.
