New Century has launched a brand new breakfast menu, with the option to go bottomless whilst you brunch as Manchester’s most exciting social destination ramps up the heat for its first official summer.

New Century’s kitchen is to become the ultimate all-day hangout hotspot, thanks to the introduction of an excellent array of breakfast and brunch options. New Century is home to some of the best independent street food traders in the city and they have been busy working behind the scenes to create a vibrant selection of brunch dishes from all around the globe.

New Century is also giving guests the option to go bottomless when they brunch, from 15th July.  Priced at £30pp, New Century’s bottomless brunch will take place every Friday from 12-4PM, and every Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-4PM. For £30, guests going bottomless will enjoy 90 minutes of free flowing prosecco, house lager, and a brunch dish of their choice. Those who fancy an even boujee-er bottomless experience can upgrade their brunch to include Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Bellinis, Espresso Martinis, and Breakfast Martinis, for an additional £5.  The Breakfast Martini is the latest addition to New Century’s fabulous family of cocktails and is made with Tanqueray, lemon juice, and marmalade.

Places for bottomless brunch must be booked via hello@newcentury.com and guests will have the table for two hours.

Vietnamese cuisine heroes Banh Vi have created three delicious takes on the traditional bánh mì baguette, which are sure to go down a storm in the morning. Choose from the Egg Banh Mi (Pan fried folded omelette, dressed fresh herbs & spinach, maggi butter) or the the Smoked Mushroom Banh Mi (Portobello Mushrooms, marinated and baked in smoked tomato & chilli, dressed fresh herbs & spinach, maggi butter). All breakfast options from Banh Vi are served on a warm demi baguette with spicy ketchup.

Gujarati street food concept The Spice Yard will be hotting things up with their brand new Indo-British fusion breakfast plates. First up on the roster is The Spice Yard’s Full Indian, which consists of a masala omelette, spicy baked beans, crispy potatoes, onion bhaji, and Indian bread with chilli butter. There’s also The Spice Yard’s spin on the classic Bacon Sandwich – Indian bread filled with bacon, sweet chilli sauce, lettuce, tomato, and a garam masala and coriander dressing; and the Poha, a traditional Indian breakfast made with flattened rice cakes and potato tossed in mustard seeds, curry leaves, and topped with peanuts.

MCR pizza giants Wild by Ply will be transporting guests over to the Amalfi Coast with their Italian-inspired brunching options. Choose from Bruschetta (toasted focaccia, tomato, basil, burrata), or an Antipasti Board (toasted focaccia, Italian deli meats and cheeses, sun dried tomatoes, grilled artichokes, mozzarella cheese).

Brunch wouldn’t be the same without a fry up; so keeping it traditional is burger and steak maestros Tallow, with their Tallow Full English (Frosty’s Grandma’s Sausage, Crispy smoked streaky bacon, homemade ham hock black pudding, crumpet, hash brown, spicy baked beans, butter roasted portobello mushroom, plum tomato, fried egg). For those fancying a quintessentially British brunch, there’s also a Bacon, Sausage & Egg Crumpet on the menu.
