MOTLEY Manchester and Highland Park Whisky have collaborated to create the ultimate Winter Terrace at YOTEL Manchester Deansgate. The partnership will bring a specially created menu of seasonal cocktails and winter warmers to enjoy on MOTLEY’s festive terrace, complete with lanterns, blankets and Instagrammable décor in Manchester city centre.
Located on the ground floor of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, MOTLEY and Highland Park will welcome guests to a snug wonderland of festive spirit, serving up whisky cocktails and winter warmers including Salted Honey Old Fashioned and 1798 Spritzes. Complete with faux sheepskin blankets, beautiful floral installations, outdoor heaters and lanterns, MOTLEY’s Winter Terrace will be the perfect place for anyone looking for a respite from the Christmas shopping to enjoy a festive Cocktail this season.
After launching on 24th November, Highland Park’s Winter Terrace will run throughout winter.

Highland Park has been crafting award-winning whisky at their Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney since 1798, becoming one of the ten oldest working distilleries in Scotland. Their sweet-smoky whisky will take over MOTLEY’s iconic terrace, with guests able to stop by for a winter warmer.
