To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, guests can enjoy specially created mini-Guinness Pies in both Mount Street Dining Room & Bar and The Midland Champagne Lounge. Created by executive chef Brian Spark, these Irish-inspired pies will be available to devour on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th March.
