This winter, Albert’s Schloss is transforming into Chalet Albert, a three-month Alpine-inspired takeover running throughout January – March 31st. Guests can expect a decadent Cook Haus menu, Après Ski inspired entertainment, drinks specials and a celebration of everything schnitzel, spritz and ski season aprés.
At the heart of Chalet Albert is the Cook Haus menu designed for sharing, indulgence and cold-weather comfort. Also on the menu is the Baron Burger, featuring a juicy patty smothered in raclette cheese, crispy shallots and truffle mayo and served with a rich boat of gravy for ultimate indulgence. Other dishes include the Schloss Chicken Schnitzel served with a roasted pumpkin seed pesto, Paprika Roasted Chicken and moreish sides like Sformato baked truffle mash and truffle + parmesan fries.
Bringing the drinks to Après, Chalet Albert’s all-new cocktail menu delivers limited edition winter warmers and alpine spritzes, including Sex on a Snowdrift (Elderflower liqueur, Hendrick’s Gin, Apple Mint, Cucumber, Lemon and Black Pepper), Aperol + Peach Spritz and Rhubarb + Elderflower Collins plus a Rhubarb & Vanilla Schnapps, available on a five-shot ski paddle for the ultimate Après moment.
Albert’s Schloss’ famous seven days of showtime will also receive an Après upgrade throughout the season with high energy entertainment from live bands and DJs. On Saturday 31st January, Schloss will host an all-out Après Ski Party in Manchester to launch Chalet Albert with guests encouraged to dust off their salopettes, arrive early and get involved.

Chalet Albert is our love letter to Après Ski culture – indulgent comfort dishes, long tables, shared plates and the kind of food that brings people together. Pair that with the top-notch entertainment we’re known for and you’ve got an unforgettable night.”
Chalet Albert follows Schloss’ biggest Christmas ever that saw record sales across the period. Running from January through March, Chalet Albert promises three months packed with Bavarian entertainment, apres fun and enough cheese to fuel an entire resort.
