PLAY Expo Manchester – May 8-9

However, the standout show is undoubtedly on the final day as the DMA’s will belt out their amazing indie music anthems at the Castlefield Bowl.

With a style inspired by Manchester legends The Stone Roses and Oasis, the Australian band are sure to be a massive hit with the city’s music fans.

Jason Manford – November 17

Jason Manford brings his new show to the Stockport Plaza during November on an evening that is certain to leave you rolling around in the aisles.

It has been a busy few years for the Salford-born comic, with sell-out tours and television appearances cementing his status as a master of his craft.

‘Like Me’ is Manford’s latest offering to hit the road, and it is sure to feature the usual observational humour that has found favour with audiences across the country.

Manford enjoyed massive success with his last tour ‘Muddle Class’, and his latest show promises to be an unmissable event.

James & Happy Mondays – December 3

Two of the biggest names in Manchester music are teaming up next winter to perform together for the first time in more than three decades.

James and the Happy Mondays are playing a series of gigs, include a massive homecoming show at AO Arena, Manchester, on December 3.

This latest James tour follows their most extensive ever in 2018, which saw Tim Booth and the band play 86 shows across 14 different countries.

First formed in 1982, James are due to release their 16th studio album during 2021, and their return to Manchester promises to be an emotional night.
