A 40-year-old man has been charged in relation to an ongoing investigation into an arson attack at an address on South Terrance on Sunday 18 January
Jody Lynan of Hardfield Street, Heywood, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
He has been remanded in custody ahead of a scheduled appearance at Tameside Magistrates today
