Dust off the dancing shoes and get the glitter at the ready as La Discotheque is set to deliver a serious dose of disco direct to the nations living rooms this Easter Bank Holiday Sunday.

Filmed live from the legendary Depot Mayfield, Manchester and streamed on STARDM, this virtual, day into night time disco will feature super special guests Disco Classical ft. DJ Jamie Bull, plus sets from PBR Streetgang, Bill Brewster, DJ Paulette, Mix-Stress and Bad Fun.

Completing this star-studded bill will be performances by Lill, Banksie, Joe Spencer, House of Ghetto and Carmina & Seeme.

Bringing soulful sounds of summer to your Sunday, home-tied revellers can tune in for a delightful party of reworked disco anthems with a unique classical twist.

Musicians on string, percussion and keys are set to add some musical sparkle to the toe-tapping selection of DJ Jamie Bull, while energetic dancers will provide a truly visual spectacle streamed straight to your settee.

The interactive streaming platform STARDM has got all rave bases covered. Simply set up a virtual party room with your fellow disco divas and no matter where you all are, you can digitally chat and dance the day away as if you were together.

Expect to see some special guests DJs coming Live from La Pisscothèque (La Discothèque’s Rave in the Loos!) for some bathroom banter and beats, also featuring on the STARDM breakout rooms! This weekend’s digital ravers won’t have to queue to gain access to these legendary loos that will play host to a “golden stream” of live performances throughout the day.

Kat Warburton, MD of La Discotheque said, “Forget the Easter bunny this year-La Discotheque is bringing flamingos and fun to your sofas. Following a recent sell-out for a La Discotheque event at Printworks London we’re thrilled to be able to bring this virtual experience to all of the fans that missed out. This is a prime opportunity to create your own festival at home with family and friends and have a last lockdown party of a
lifetime.”

Just like the physical event usually held in Manchester’s Albert Hall, the dress code for this digital edition is glitz and glam, so break out the fancy dress box, grab the glitter and style the sequins.

It’s time to turn your hall into Albert Hall, get the cocktails on ice and make the most of your home comforts so you can dance like nobody’s watching…..unless of course, you have applied to be featured on the live video stream wall which will be situated behind the performers on the main stage this Easter Sunday.

This gigantic screen will feature the antics of all the La Discotheque parties going on around the world so, if your group thinks you’ve got the moves that will crown you Dancing Queens of the Day, this is your chance to showcase them to thousands of other online streamers.

This super Sunday Soiree will be streaming live from Escape to Freight Island, Depot Mayfield from 1pm to 9pm so team up with five disco divas and get ready to boogie in the bathroom, go loopy in the lounge and get groovy in the garden this weekend.

With a discerning line-up of disco DJ’s and performances streamed directly to you for a whole day for just £5, staying in never sounded so good so grab your mates and create a festival inspired Fiesta at home that will make your last lockdown shindig a house party to remember.
