Thibaud Verlinden becomes manager Keith Hill’s first signing for the club after joining Bolton Wanderers on loan from Stoke City until January, subject to clearance.

The highly-rated 20 year-old winger started his career with Club Brugge before having a spell in the youth setup at Standard Liege.

A Belgian youth international, he joined the Potters in the summer of 2015 and made his professional debut in a 4-0 League Cup victory over Rochdale in August 2017.

Liam Bridcutt has joined the club on loan until January, subject to clearance.

The Reading-born midfielder, who has also been capped at international level with Scotland, arrives at the University of Bolton Stadium from Nottingham Forest.

Bridcutt started his career with Chelsea before having loan spells at Yeovil Town, Watford and Stockport County.

Signing for Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer of 2010, he went on to make over 130 appearances at the Amex Stadium.

The 30 year-old has also enjoyed spells at Sunderland and Leeds United before arriving at the City Ground in 2017.

Will Buckley has re-joined Bolton Wanderers by penning a short term deal until January, subject to clearance.

The 29 year–old returns to the University of Bolton Stadium after being offered a new contract by manager Keith Hill.

The former Rochdale, Watford, Brighton and Sunderland midfielder initially signed for Wanderers in 2017 and has scored four goals in 43 appearances for the club.
