Shoryu Ramen shakes up Manchester this Halloween with its deliciously devilish concoctions.

As Halloween approaches and the dark nights set in, ramen lovers of Manchester in search of a fright or two need look no further than Shoryu Ramen. With a brand new set menu to try from 14th October until 3rd November, hungry ghouls can feast on Shoryu’s Halloween treats!

This offer definitely more of a treat than a trick – bun, ramen, dessert and a drink for just £24. Hungry Halloweeners are advised to enjoy this offer before bloodsucking vampires get their teeth into it!

Trick or treaters will love Shoryu’s terrifying twist on a classic bun. With frightful fillings including BBQ Pork, Chicken Karaage and Pumpkin Croquette even the veggie ghouls can take a bite into Shoryu’s menu.

The buns are paired with deadly delicious broths such as Shoryu Tonkotsu, a signature broth with black squid ink and fried shallots. Alternatively, guests can try the new Dracula Tonkotsu, a broth caramelised black garlic mayu, garlic chips, fried shallots and topped with egg. The Black Natural is sure to get taste buds tingling with Shoryu’s unique blend of tonyu soy milk, miso, atsuage fried tofu, kikurage mushrooms, spring onion, menma bamboo shoots and nori seaweed.

Last but not least is a ghost’s favourite dessert…I-Scream! Shoryu’s Halloween dessert selection boasts a Gudetema Graveyard Chocolate Mousse, Ghoulishly Green Matcha Cheesecake and Muddy Miso Brownie. Options for drinks pairings include mango ice tea, calpico and more!

Behind every great ramen dish is a tasty Shoryu cocktail to accompany it. The brimming cocktail menu is growing in size this autumn with more fruity, sweet and sour drinks for cocktail lovers to try! After all, what do all ghosts love? Boos!

New cocktails on the menu for this season include Momiji – a fruity and tropical combination of Bacardi rum, coconut rum, Josen sake, cranberry and pineapple juice and Koyo – an elegant blend of Suntory Roku gin, apricot brandy and Josen sake.

Diners can choose to pair their new ramen dish with one of the exciting and expertly crafted cocktails during Happy Hour (for £7 every day between 5 – 8pm) or simply order as they please.

Featuring a variety of flavours from traditional Japanese gins to the sharp vodka-like taste of Josen sake, Shoryu’s autumn spin on some of the classics boasts a real delight for guests. Located in Piccadilly Gardens, Shoryu Ramen’s impressive new menu is a treat the people of Manchester wouldn’t want to miss!
