Celebrate Chinese New Year in style at Ivy Asia, the opulent second floor of The Ivy Spinningfields.
In true Ivy Asia style, the bar and restaurant will add a delicious golden twist to tradition with a decadent dessert, a giant, golden fortune cookie, offering guests the chance of winning a meal for two.
Throughout the celebrations, a collection of brand-new inspired cocktails will launch, and there will be performances taking place in homage to the Chinese tradition.
Ivy Asia will kick-start the celebrations from Wednesday, 22 January, and to mark the New Year, will launch a special menu of three expertly crafted cocktails available until Wednesday, 5 February.
Creations include Gan Bei featuring Midori, Yuzu Juice, Monin Matcha Green Tea Syrup, Fee Brothers Plum Bitters, Ivy Champagne, and Monin Hibiscus. The Shanghai Sour with Amaro Montenegro, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Monin Sugar Syrup, Angostura Bitters, finished with Changyu Moser XV Cabernet Sauvignon and The Victor and the Violet which showcases
Zymurgorium Sweet Violet, Beefeater Pink Gin, Briottet Creme de Cassis, Yuzu Juice, Monin Lavender and Rubicon Lychee Juice.
Following tradition, from Wednesday, 22 January – Saturday, 25 January, Ivy Asia will serve up a giant golden fortune cookie, with Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream and chocolate pearls.
On 25th, lucky guests will be in with the chance of winning a complimentary lunch or dinner for two, revealed only in lucky fortune cookie notes.
