Bury-based Hopefield Fab Ltd have recently invested in two brand-new machines to help them keep at the top of their game and remain industry leaders in bespoke metal bar tops, over bar glass racks, under-counter units and cocktail stations.
At the end of March, Hopefield Fab opened their doors to two huge deliveries: a Baleigh Power Hammer and a Baileigh Hydraulic Shrinker Stretcher.
The Power Hammer is a mechanical forging hammer. Using a non-muscular power source in this way will increase the speed of the process of manufacturing, giving Hopefield Fab Ltd the opportunity to take on more clients and work. The Hydraulic Shrinker Stretcher’s job is to shape and bend metal – allowing the company to apply detail to work they are undertaking that they haven’t been able to before now.
Both of the new machines Hopefield Fab Ltd have in their workshop will allow for more one-of-a-kind and unique products to be manufactured.
Hopefield Fab Ltd have worked with some big name clients in the hospitality and leisure sector, including The Ivy, Rick Stein, JD Wetherspoons and Nando’s. The Hopefield Fab team consists of highly skilled fabricators with the metalwork skills to manufacture and install bespoke metalwork product, for both construction companies and private clients throughout the UK.
