Following a successful first three events of the season, Spinningfields bar The Oast House, which was crowned ‘Leading Bar’ at last year’s This Is Manchester Awards, is bringing its jam-packed music festival, Manifest, back to the city this bank holiday weekend.

What’s more, favourite gin brand Hendricks has taken over the venue’s terrace to celebrate the launch of its new limited-edition Flora Adora gin, adorning it with Instagram-worthy floral displays, planters and artwork. The brand will give away a free flower crown to anyone who orders a Flora Adora Gin & Tonic over the bank holiday weekend, from Saturday 27th to Monday 29th, including during Manifest (while stocks last).

The festival will kick off on Sunday 28th May with an all-day line-up of musicians playing live from 1pm in the afternoon through to the small hours.

Taking place on The Oast House’s large outdoor terrace complete with a dedicated stage, the event has a packed roster of musicians lined up including bands, solo artists and duos taking to the stage throughout the day with interludes from resident DJs.

Attendees can expect a vibrant party atmosphere all day and night and sounds of rock, pop, soul, R&B, funk, disco and blues.

The event is not ticketed and is free to attend on a first come, first served basis. It can get busy later on, so the venue recommends getting there early to avoid disappointment.

Festivalgoers can cool down throughout the day with cold pints and house-made cocktails including twists on the classics such as Watermelon Margarita, Passionfruit Colada and Pink Gin Punch.

The Oast House’s unique street food menu will also be on offer for those looking to line their stomachs during the festivities, featuring signature dishes such as Buffalo Chicken Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Bury Black Pudding Scotch Egg and Northern Poutine. Vegan options include the Plant Based Burger and Vegan Meatball Protein Bowl.

Manifest is set to return to The Oast House on each bank holiday weekend throughout the summer, with a couple of additional Saturday dates line-up too. More details of individual events will be released in due course.
