To celebrate the Spooky Season, GRUB will be hosting a full week of Hallowe’en themed events.
They will run from 26th-30th October. In addition to these events, guests can expect a spookily decorated venue, a special Hallowe’en themed beer and cocktail menu,street food specials, tunes and lots of candy.
The cocktail menu will include a Blood Orange Margarita, a Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned and aWitches Spritz.
Those enjoying bottomless brunch will have the option of a Pumpkin Spice Apple Mimosa to top it all off and craft beer lovers will find locally sourced specials.
Events are as follows;
26th October: Frightful Fizzy Quizzy – our FREE ENTRY annual spooky themed pub quiz.A
completely original six round Hallowe’en quiz written by our in-house quizmaster, with the
first prize being a gallon ofVocation Pilsner.
27th October: Pumpkin Carving Competition – guests can pick a pumpkin and compete for
prizes in a range of categories (£5pp).
28th October: Freaky Family Fridays – an afternoon filled with themed activities including a
crafternoon, face painting, films, cupcake decorating & more (from £3 per child).
28th & 29th October: Bottomless Rocky Horror Picture Show Singalong Screening – guests
can choose from bottomless fizz, house beer/cider/wine, mimosas or a non-alcoholic
alternative for the ENTIRE movie (£20pp).
29th October: Family & Pets Costume Pageant – show off your family or pet’s best fancy
dress on our runway to win prizes! All entry tickets get a goody bag (£3pp).
30th October: Down with Homework Simpsons Pub Quiz (Treehouse of Horror Special) –
this quiz special is full of Simpsons trivia, videos and singalongs.Win cash, merch and more
with quizmaster John Stansfield (£3 per team).
30th October: Giant Cookie DecoratingWorkshop with Drizzle City Bakes – suitable for
kids and adults alike (£14pp).
