GGM Properties has signed up Handelsbanken to 212 Washway Road in Sale, Greater Manchester. The new Trafford branch will serve personal and business banking customers in Sale, Chorlton and the Trafford Park area.
The bank has taken the second floor measuring 3,384 sq ft on a 10-year lease. This recent opening marks Handelsbanken’s ninth branch in the region. Handlesbanken joins the Residential Landlords’ Association which signed up to 6,000 sq ft at the beginning of the year.
Occupying a prominent position on the corner of Washway Road and Harboro Road. The 9,600 sq ft building has seen an extensive refurbishment to a Grade A specification.
GGM Properties is a private property investment company operating across London and the North West of England.
