The wait is over for devoted Finch fans everywhere, as Harvey Nichols announce the launch of the very first Finch Bakery pop-up at their Manchester store on Monday 7th February.
From indulgent brownies to colourful cake jars, Finch Bakery has everything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. Founded by identical twins Lauren and Rachel Finch, after creating their own 21st birthday cake in their mum’s kitchen, Finch Bakery has grown rapidly into a hugely successful business.
One store, 40 employees, 160k Instagram followers and a Sunday Times bestselling recipe book later, the Finch team are bringing their favourite sugary goodies and insta-worthy bakes to Harvey Nichols in Manchester, for a limited time.
Located on the ground floor of the store, Finch Bakery will provide the perfect sweet pitstop during your shopping trip, offering a selection of signature treats to takeaway. A selection of fresh daily bakes will also be available to eat-in and enjoy at the Second Floor Deli Bar instore.
Talking excitedly ahead of the pop-up launch, co-founders Lauren and Rachel Finch, said,
