The MAD Group has it all this Valentine’s Day! With heart-shaped pizzas to share at Walrus and Tusk, a delicious Valentine‘s menu for intimate dining at Rosylee, and a romantic open mic special at The Fitzgerald!


Rosylee: Valentine’s Day Menu with Prosecco 

Celebrate at the Northern Quarter’s most romantic restaurant with twinkly lights, a rose for the ladies, Prosecco on arrival and a three-course menu, which will certainly get pulses racing! The stunning three-course menu, developed by the groups’ Executive Chef, has a choice of four dishes on each course.

The menu includes starters such as, aged feta terrine and Asian pulled pork and sweet potato bon bons. The delights continue with main dishes including, masala spiced lamb rump and home made potato gnocchi with kale and walnut pesto. Why not finish the meal with something luxurious? Options include a hot kiss fondant or a rhubarb and ginger panna cotta.

  • £35 for 3 courses, glass of Prosecco, truffle chocolates and a rose

And for those who want to continue their loved-up bliss there’s a very special Valentine’s Open Mic Night upstairs in The Fitzgerald. So diners can sit back and enjoy their favourite love-songs performed live by amazing local musicians, while they enjoy delicious cocktails, either before or after they dine.

Rosylee will be offering the Valentine’s Day menu on Wednesday 14th February, a la carte is available at all other times. There will also be Valentine’s specials throughout Valentine’s Week.


The Fitzgerald: A Million Love Songs – Romantic Live Music and Cocktails

A Million Love Songs is a very special Valentine’s Open Mic Night, with local musicians performing all your favourite love songs.

Couples can reserve a table with a selection of loved-up drink’s packages including a sharer cocktail with oysters, truffle chocolates and a rose. Or how about getting creative and shaking up your very own love potion, with drinks you can mix together at your table.

Their main menu bursting with delicious cocktails is available as usual, or impress your date with a theatrical sharer like the Aviation, served in a vintage suitcase over dry ice.

There’ll be performances from 7pm, and if you want to make an evening of it, enjoy as a perfect accompaniment to the three-course Valentine’s Day meal being served downstairs at Rosylee.

Wednesday 14th February from 7pm.


Walrus & Tusk: Love at First Bite with Pizza & Prosecco!

Looking for something a bit more casual, then head to Walrus and Tusk and enjoy love at first bite with a heart shaped pizza with toppings of your choice and a bottle of prosecco for £22.50 – they’ll even let you split your toppings! (Pizza offer is available 12:00 till 21:00, 12/02/2018)

If you’re feeling extra flash you can upgrade to a bottle of Moet with strawberries for £60.

From 19:00 there’s a DJ playing, so if all that pizza and Prosecco has got you in the mood for a party you’re in the right place.

Single? Head to their speed dating night in the basement, 18:00 – 19:00, then join the party later. If you pick up a date, you can always bond over a pizza or one of the Valentines’ Cocktals; there’s three delicious concoctions to chose from, all £5 – take your pick from Love Bite, Heart’s Content and Lovito.
